Citizens Insurance: The Low Down

Much has been written recently about Citizens Property Insurance and upcoming changes. Gov. Rick Scott wants to make the company smaller and as a result the company seeks a rate increase of up to 10%. Additionally, they seek to make more homeowners ineligible for coverage unless a private insurer is charging rate 25% higher.
