i honestly think is completely unconstitutional to force insured injured parries to visit a hospitals which are already packed with other patients who most of the time are not attended with the urgency that the injuries require. moreover, in my opinion these proposed bills are not considering the amount of thousands of honest clinics, doctors, and diagnostic providers which might potentially go out of business or be greatly impacted by the consequences of not being able to treat their patients. finally, i think there are many ways to fight insurance fraud, to prevent unlawful billing and abuse, but it is sure not adequate to intent to solve the problem by the shortest end. not all medical provider (in general) are bad apples. to conclude, i think that if the real intention of these proposed bills are to solve a problem that has already been occurring for so many years, they should start by thinking that our state's unemployment problems and numbers are more important at this time.

[...] Yesterday there was a New York Times article contemplating what would happen if insurance companies began to deny claims where texting and driving were the cause of an accident. Clearly this is being discussed because this type of change will be coming to insurance policies everywhere. Drivers everywhere need to understand that it is not just cell phone use that is a problem, anything that distracts a driver from operating a vehicle is a danger.Source: mlinsurance.net [...]

Most people overestimate the cost of a good long-term care policy. A healthy, married couple in their mid/late fifties, can share a policy that starts off with over a half million in benefits for about $100 per month per spouse.
There’s a new type of government-approved long-term care policy that can protect your assets from Medicaid even after the policy runs out of benefits. Here’s an explanation of how these policies work:

[...] One of our associates experience first hand the damage one of these birds can do to his truck. His brand new truck, without so much of a scratch on it, experienced $3,800 worth of damage. Unless your car insurance policy includes comprehensive coverage, the expense to repair will be entirely out of pocket. We are including photos of the damaged truck.Source: mlinsurance.net [...]
