Having been a long time and loyal customer of another (USAA) insurance company I was very disappointed and frankly worried when my family and I moved to a new home 19 miles north in South Florida and found out that our insurance carrier would not write our policy as they weren’t writing policies in this area anymore. I was guided to M&L by a friend who stated they were more than “just” an insurance company. I called M&L right away and was struck by how important they made me feel from the moment the answered the phone.
