About Us

Jessie Ago (formerly Brozic) has been a member of the M&L insurance family since June 2006. A graduate of Florida State University, she is well versed in many diverse topics and has since focused her efforts on the insurance industry.

Due to her remarkable ability to remember things, she is known as "The Book." When not writing insurance, she enjoys playing poker, listening to music, watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.

Born in Cuba and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Sal graduated from NYU with a bachelors degree in Computer Science and received his MBA from the University of Miami. Prior to M&L, Sal spent 16 years working for AXA Equitable and Allstate. Before that, he held various positions in sales/marketing and project management at IBM. Sal joined the M & L Insurance team in 2012. He currently specializes in both personal & commercial lines and financial services, such as Life, DI, Group & Individual Health, Medicare, LTC, Annuities, Employer & Individual Retirement Planning and Executive Benefits. During his down time, Sal enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years and three children, Emily, Megan and Joshua, and being a huge University of Miami fan.

Daniel was born in Caracas, Venezuela, but have lived in South Florida since 1992. Has been a member of M&L since 2004. Daniel graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and received a Master's in Statistics and Data Analysis in Social Science from "Universidad Central of Venezuela"

Prior to M&L, Daniel had work as IT Manager and IT Project Manager in Insurance Company in Venezuela, such as "Seguros Anauco" in Venezuela and the Central Office of Statistic for the Venezuelan Census. Work as an IT Project Manager for ARMCO steels until was hire to work for Epicor, an ERP, Manufacturing and CRM software company in Irvine, CA out of the Latin-American Office in Boca Raton, FL.

At M&L Insurance Agency he currently specializes in both personal & commercial lines, with an emphasis in Home, Auto and General Liability insurance. His hobbies are playing golf, surfing and coaching little league baseball & soccer.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Marc has been in customer service for a couple of years prior to being a part of M&L. Outside of work, he's an avid enthusiast of Dungeons and Dragons, comic books, and filmmaking, hobbies that not only fosters teamwork but also enhances his problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ron was born and raised in Metro Manila, Philippines. He has background in Customer Service, Tech Support, and Sales before confidently stepping into his role at M&L.

Outside of work, he passionately pursues his unique style across all areas of interest, including music, media, film, fashion, esports, career, etc. He is determined to find his ideal balance in everything.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Nella joined the M&L family in 2014. She prides herself in forming lasting relationships with all clients and providing top notch friendly service. She currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, FL with her husband Tommy and four fur babies.

Bibi was born in Guyana and raised in New Jersey but relocated to Florida in 2019. Prior to M&L Insurance she worked at Weichert Insurance Agency where she gained her 21 years of insurance experience and excelled to a Senior Account Manager role. Bibi enjoys spending quality time with her four children, Matthew, Luke, Joshua, Jada, husband Anand and their fur baby Luna. She loves to travel especially to the Caribbean Islands and huge fan of the Jets.

Born and raised in central Massachusetts, Liam finally made his escape from the winters in January of 2023. He is, of course, a diehard Patriots, Bruins, Celtics and Red Sox fan. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a B.S. in biomedical engineering. His previous experience in the medical device industry, at Getinge, played a crucial role in his attention to detail. He has been working tirelessly to improve his knowledge in personal lines insurance and is always willing to go the extra mile.

His favorite ways to enjoy himself are watching sports and playing video games. You might also find him playing basketball, roller blading, fishing or enjoying the beach.
